1. Introduction

3. Account Eligibility

Use of the sumo777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. Failure to meet any of these requirements renders the User ineligible to hold an Account or access any Platform services.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. sumo777 strictly enforces this age limit and will request identity documentation as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, and all balances held within that Account will be forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether it is lawful in your jurisdiction to access and use the Platform. sumo777 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific location. Users access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk.

3.3 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on sumo777 at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts and associated balances are subject to suspension and forfeiture.

3.4 Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must update their Account details promptly if any information changes. sumo777 reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access the Platform's services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

4.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid email address that you have access to and control over.
• You must create a strong, unique password for your Account.
• You must not use another person's identity or payment information.
• Registration of an Account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. sumo777 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep login details secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

sumo777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: a copy of your Malaysian identification card (MyKad) or passport; proof of address; and evidence of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

5. Deposits and Payments

sumo777 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT.

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• sumo777 does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and may be updated from time to time.
• sumo777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred between accounts.
• sumo777 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its absolute discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time. In the event of a technical delay, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number for prompt resolution.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available funds subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

6.3 Withdrawal Refusal

sumo777 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse a withdrawal request if: the KYC process has not been completed; there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; the withdrawal would breach regulatory or compliance obligations; or if the Account is subject to an open dispute.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

8. Game Rules and Fair Play

9. Prohibited Conduct

sumo777 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity connected to use of the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the sumo777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, branding, software, and compiled data, is the intellectual property of sumo777 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform software.
• Use sumo777's trademarks, logos, or branding without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sumo777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

In particular, sumo777 is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to a Force Majeure event.
• Errors or interruptions in internet connectivity on the User's side that affect the outcome or completion of a game or bet.
• Losses arising from your own failure to keep Account credentials secure.
• Decisions made by Players while gambling, including the decision to deposit or wager any particular amount.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. sumo777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

sumo777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the User.
• Suspected or confirmed Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations requiring action on an Account.

Where an Account is closed without cause by sumo777, available real-money balances (excluding bonus funds not yet released) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method following completion of identity verification.
